Art is all about the message, just think back to cave art which tells a thousand stories; messages, history, family and about the  community. To relate this back to modern times,  art still tells us stories  and with  a clutter of marketing, it’s not surprising that the focus of  marketers is trying to find a new way to communicate their message. Art is now considered  a marketing tool and vehicle for conveying a brands message, story or mission. It is not about  chalk logos, it’s about creating your brand story and creating the ‘entertainment’ factor surrounding it.

3D illusions are interactive & entertaining; people are fascinated to see how the works are created, they stop and better still will pose them in for photos and share them across their social media networks. And this is how it boosts your social media – 3D art creates content! Your 3D Chalk artwork will continue to spread your message online. Although traditionally, chalk art is produced directly onto the ground, artwork can be sealed or painted to make permanent, or produced onto canvas to be used at multiple events.

To translate the art back into a social media content, ensure your promote your social media pages and encourage people to ‘ share’ their  photo’s ( building in promotion may also boost numbers).  In an over-crowded space, you will be doing something that is fresh, fun and different.

Two examples include the launch of IKEA’s Kitchen catalogue, the activation was run in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and a ‘virtual food fight’ for Haier at the Good Food & Wine Show in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth – as you can see it’s not about the logos , it’s about having fun and creating  a memorable experience and message.
